Special vocational training

Training at BIA is something special. Our trainees do not just learn a job. You will learn team spirit and cooperation and you will have the freedom to personally develop yourself and assume your own responsibility. It is important to us that our apprentices communicate with other colleagues in the company at an early stage and build their own network. Therefore, our trainees usually spend time in  several departments, not just the one for which they are being trained. We have received several awards for this concept over the years.
