Training and further education

Under the title BIA Academy, we offer our employees a diverse range of professional and personal training and further education opportunities. We want to give our employees the opportunity to develop and acquire additional skills. This allows each employee to set the course based on the opening up of new perspectives in the company. Basically, the door is open for all BIA employees to take on new responsibilities within the company and to promote their own careers. In doing so, we sometimes embark on creative and exceptional ways to promote our employees, especially when it comes to personality development and the improvement of soft skills.
